HOW TO USE SCHEDULE
- On arrival at the Academy you are required to read and fully
understand the content of this Schedule and supporting documentation.
You will be allocated a Personal Mentor (whom you can change
after the first month by application).
- Appointments with your Mentor may be booked during Academy
hours, but note that this is included in your time period and
will be deducted from your overall points as this will be credited
to your Diploma.
- Academy days run from 10am - 5pm and are broken up into 6,
one hour time frames. Each day of your course will be allocated
6 points, 1 point per time frame or 3 points per morning, afternoon
or evening sessions. Morning sessions are 3 hours (3 points).
A tutorial is ¾ hours (2 points), therefore if you are
a Diploma student doing 100 days your total number of allocated
points will be 600, to be used as you wish.
Should you wish to use more than 6 points per day, i.e. attending
extra evening sessions etc, you will use up your points entitlement
more quickly than average and this may be undesirable if you
want to maintain points for the use of more complex aspects
of design. Do not waste points.
